Honestly? it depends on how you define results. Most women inside Inner Circle notice a shift in their confidence and clarity within the first few weeks because we start with identity work, and that changes how you show up immediately. visible results; enquiries, engagement, content that actually converts; typically start showing up around months two to three.
By month six, the women who've done the work are unrecognisable from where they started. This is a 12-month programme because real, lasting change takes time. If you're looking for overnight results, this isn't it. If you're ready to build something that works for years, keep reading.

Inner Circle is built for women who are already running a business, so it's designed around real life, not the other way around. You'll get the most from the programme if you can commit around three to four hours a week, that covers the group call, working through your current phase, and showing up in the community.
Elite members will also factor in their Whatsapp check-ins with me on tuesdays, wednesdays and thursdays. There's no rigid schedule to stick to, no penalties for a busy week, and all calls are recorded. Life happens, the programme is flexible enough to move with you.

Yes and actually, burnout is one of the most common reasons women come into Inner Circle. because more often than not, the burnout isn't from working too hard. It's from working hard on things that aren't working. Posting content that doesn't convert. Showing up in ways that don't feel like you. Trying to maintain a strategy that was never really yours in the first place.
When we rebuild from your identity outward, the whole thing gets lighter. You stop doing things because you "should" and start doing things that actually make sense for you and your business. That said, if you're in a place where you genuinely need rest before anything else, I'll always tell you that honestly on a call before you join.
